Head wrote this book as a continued tribute throughout his life so it encompasses all of the UPS and DOWNS that comes with UNLEASHING YOUR INNER GREATNESS. From poverty to college graduates, Thamarius has seen it all from abuse, drug addiction, homelessness, and hunger. But his dream was always to uplift and inspire his community. Thamarius has worked with highly respected and award-winning, healthcare companies and Fortune 500 businesses but he decided that it was time to focus more on his  "Dream". After finishing his MBA he started Head Management Services which is a business consulting firm that specializes in data analytics, finance, and management services. Now in its second year of operation Head Management Services has worked with various reputable organizations and companies. His journey from troubled youth to writing "Unleashing Your Inner Greatness" has been one of both trials and triumphs.
